How credits work
Every completed Pro AI result uses 3 credits across Restore, Photo Enhance, Remove Text and Remove Shadow.
Eligible new accounts get one watermarked Pro preview. Unlock it with 3 credits, or buy a one-image $1.99 clean unlock at download.
Failed paid Pro tasks are automatically refunded. Fast 2× enhancement does not use credits.
What one Pro result costs
Starter: $4.99 for 60 credits = 20 Pro results, about $0.25 each.
Pro: $19.90 for 500 credits = up to 166 Pro results, about $0.12 each.
Pro yearly: $199 for 6,000 credits = 2,000 Pro results, about $0.10 each.
Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months and include a full 12 months of credits. Unlocking a single trial image costs $1.99, so Starter is cheaper from the third image in a month.
Secure checkout is handled by Creem. You complete payment on Creem's hosted page, so card details never reach ClariText.

Pricing FAQ
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits do not expire, and anything you do not use stays in your balance. Each renewal adds the new allowance on top of what is left.
What happens to unused credits if I cancel?
Credits already in your account stay there and can still be spent on Pro results. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not clear the balance you already paid for. If your plan delivers a prepaid year in monthly instalments, the remaining instalments you already paid for still arrive on schedule.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, open Profile from your avatar in the top right, then click Manage Subscription under Account Settings. That opens the Creem customer portal, where you can cancel. You do not need to email us.
Can I get a refund?
Within the policy window, and if your request meets the eligibility conditions in our refund policy, which does not cover a change of mind on its own: 30 days from purchase for annual plans, 14 days after a monthly renewal, and 30 days for unused one-time credit packs. Email support@unblurtext.com with your account email and order ID; we acknowledge requests within 1-2 business days. Credits already spent on completed results are not refundable.
What is the difference between Fast and Pro?
Fast is a 2x enhancement that uses no credits: 1 image per day per IP for free users, no account needed, and unlimited while a subscription is active. Pro runs a generative AI repair for heavier blur and uses 3 credits per completed result.
Why is my Pro preview watermarked, and how do I remove it?
If your account has no credits, its one free Pro preview comes back watermarked. Remove the watermark by unlocking that image for 3 credits, or by buying the one-image unlock for $1.99 at download. Pro results paid with credits are never watermarked, and Fast results are never watermarked.
